Fitness Planning

Sample fitness plans, matched to your level, your schedule, your equipment, and your goal.

What I Offer

You tell me four things: where you're starting, how much time you can realistically give this, what equipment you can get to, and what you're working toward. I build your plan around those answers and send it over with notes on how to run it. If anything about the fit is off, that is what your adjustment window is for.

What This Is, and What It Isn't

This is general fitness education. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or individualized exercise prescription. I am not a licensed medical professional or a certified personal trainer. I will build around your goals, schedule, equipment, and experience, but never around injuries, pain, or medical conditions.

Please consult your physician before beginning this or any exercise program. Stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or unusual discomfort. If a movement doesn't feel right, use the Swap Chart or skip it. Your body outranks the document, every time.

  • “Stephanie has changed my entire marathon training plan, in the best way possible. She has provided me with the education necessary to build muscle and endurance to be able to stay on my feet for hopefully 26.2. She is reliable, understands and listens to you in a way few in the fitness space do, and is funny as hell!”
